Let's be real, egg prices are still cracking us up (and not in a good way!). Unfortunately, that means many local families are struggling even more to put basic meals on the table.

We use eggs in so many of the dishes we prepare, and they're such a fantastic, affordable protein source... or at least, they used to be.

Right now, the high cost is making it really tough for families to include them in their grocery budgets.
