Compassus Hospice - National Volunteer Appreciation Week April 21-25, 2025
Even at the end of life, there can be a lot of living to do. Hospice volunteers help patients and families create meaningful moments and lasting memories. Right here in our community, twenty-two trained volunteers work with Compassus hospice patients and families, giving selflessly to help people live as fully as possible at the end of life. In times of crisis, volunteers are even more integral to the health and safety of vulnerable patients. Our volunteers are lending their time in different ways:

Hey everyone, Let's be real, egg prices are still cracking us up (and not in a good way!). Unfortunately, that means many local families are struggling even more to put basic meals on the table. We use eggs in so many of the dishes we prepare, and they're such a fantastic, affordable protein source... or at least, they used to be. Public Notice/Media Release Mule Town Trolley to Transition to Demand-Response Service Starting May 1, 2025 Columbia, TN – [March 13, 2025] – After years of serving the community, the Mule Town Trolley deviated fixed service will officially transition to SCATS demand-response reservation-based system beginning May 1, 2025. This change follows the challenges faced in securing the necessary local matching funds required for continued operation of the deviated fixed service. Currently, the Mule
