Songwriter, Recording Artist, Entertainer, Broadcast Personality Makky Kaylor is a lifelong music industry professional (See Wikipedia for more) including having written and recorded the 2024 Official State Song of Tennessee (“Tennessee, In My Dreams”) and is the State Designated “Tennessee Troubadour.” Makky is Co-Founder of Muletown Sound, Inc. and free app/internet radio station Southern Roots Radio Network with business partners Jack “JP” Plant and Brenda Lynn Allen. The worldwide radio network hosts various nationally syndicated shows including Kaylor and Allen’s popular “Swanky Southern Nights” featuring jazz and southern music plus icons from timeless music, tv and film. Makky’s trademarked brand “The Swanky South” is featured worldwide on radio, television and stages.
