With the end of the year approaching, staying motivated at work can be challenging.  Dr. Allison Duke, Associate Dean of Graduate Business and Associate  Professor of Management is joining us from Lipscomb University to take us from Burnout to Engagement. She will discuss tools to reshape your job so you can overcome burnout and maximize engagement at work.

Dr. Allison Burgess Duke, PhD, MBA, SPHR, SHRM-SCP
Dr. Allison Burgess Duke is Associate Dean of Graduate Business and an Associate Professor of Management at Lipscomb University. Allison teaches HR Strategy, Recruiting & Selection, The Employment Relationship, and Organizational Behavior. Prior to joining Lipscomb, Allison was a Human Resources Manager at Aspect Communications and Progeny Marketing Innovations. 
Allison's research interests include social influence processes, mentoring relationships, and motivation. Her research has been published in Leadership Quarterly, Journal of Business Ethics, Journal of Applied Psychology, Journal of Leadership and Organizational Studies, Management Decision, Social Influence, and Journal of Applied Social Psychology.
