Description
Join Maury Alliance and the Spring Hill Chamber for the September 28 Women in Business Lunch: The Journey to Authentic Leadership. Everyone can spot a phony, right? So, why do we sometimes encounter insincere leaders and may even find ourselves behaving disingenuously? Why do leaders sometimes struggle with authenticity? Together, we will explore the concept of authentic leadership. You will learn about what authentic leadership is, the characteristics of an authentic leader, and how to lead with authenticity.
