About Sue Jeffers
Sue was born in Huntington, WV. She now resides in Spring Hill, TN with her husband of 48 years, Bruce Jeffers. They have 2 children, both boys, and 7 grandchildren. They have been residents of Spring Hill for 30 years. The Jeffers are active members of Parish Presbyterian Church in Franklin, TN.
Sue has worked in Real Estate since 2000 and currently works for Benchmark Realty, LLC. She has a Real Estate designation as a Senior Real Estate Specialist, SRES, which allows her to help seniors with their Real Estate transitioning needs. She also has a RCS-D Real Estate Collaboration Specialist/Divorce certification. As a RCS-D, She is professionally trained to neutralize divorce Real Estate as a business transaction in the best interest of the house and each divorcing spouse. This certification allows her and other professionals to work together to help people transition into single life after divorce. In addition, Sue is a SRS, Seller Representative Specialist, which equips her to further guide sellers through the selling process.
When Sue is not dealing in Real Estate, she is very active in the community. She is a board member and advisor for the Spring Hill Orchestra, founding member of the Kiwanis Club of Spring Hill/Thompson’s Station since 2009, member of the Spring Hill Chamber of Commerce, Co-Leader for End Slavery TN, end human trafficking, Spring Hill Group. She is on the Board of Directors for Pregnancy Center of Middle TN, Columbia/Spring Hill. Sue was also appointed by mayor of Spring Hill to sit on the Economic Development Commission. Sue’s mission is to live her life as she wishes to be remembered.
