Confidence can keep us from reaching our potential. Let's work together as women to make sure this is never the obstacle in your way. The world around us sends us a great deal of messages about what it means to be the ideal woman. It's important that you develop strategies to block out the noise so that you can focus on what makes you unique, embrace the person you are, and persist to become the woman you want to be. The most important relationship you have in this world is the one you have with yourself. This session will help you understand the importance of confidence and how to make sure that you have confidence in what you do and who you are as you pursue your personal, academic, and professional goals.
