Leadership Development experts Chris Coyne and Danny Coleman will discuss how to manage your team through this unique and difficult process. Gain insight on how to turn this into an opportunity to re-build your ideal team and elevate them to their full potential.

Danny Coleman, Community Organizer and Management Expert
Danny is passionate about creating thriving business through compassionate and effective management practices. Having worked for and consulted with small businesses across industries and across the country, Danny enjoys teaching soft and hard management skills in order to develop effective and fulfilled team members. When he’s not consulting or working at Support Local, Danny also hosts “Made In Maury” - a podcast produced by the Maury Alliance, is a Maury Leadership 2019 Alumni, Noon Rotary member, and currently serves on the Columbia Arts Council.
Chris Coyne, CEO of Muletown Coffee Roasters
Chris is an experienced leadership mentor and co-owner of Muletown Coffee Roasters. After two decades of experience training leaders in the U.S. Air Force, Chris built his own leadership development practice serving Chick-fil-A, DENSO, and Mandarin Oriental Hotels (among other clients) before he stopped traveling to focus on serving the Columbia business community.
