Painting with a Twist of Columbia was opened in September 2011 and is part of the nation’s original and largest paint and sip franchise that inspires guests to have fun and create lasting memories through art. An event at Painting with a Twist is led by local artists, and guests create personal masterpieces using paint, brushes and materials provided by the studio. While guests traditionally paint on bare 16” x 20” canvases, there are various mediums to paint on including, smaller and larger  canvases, seasonal sets of mini canvases and wooden boards and cutouts. There are more than 10,000 original pieces of copyrighted artwork, ranging from landscapes, abstracts and  cityscapes, to creative renderings of animals, iconic buildings and florals.

Staying true to the brand’s fundraising roots, Painting with a Twist of Columbia will continue to support the local community through its Painting with a Purpose program. Through this program, Painting with a Twist donates 50 percent of proceeds to local organizations and charities each month. Together, all Painting with a Twist studios nationwide have donated more than $5 million through local Painting with a Purpose events.

In addition to supporting the local community, Painting with a Twist of Columbia ALSO offers private parties for corporate outings, team building events, bachelorette parties, adult and kid’s birthday parties, date nights and special events. The studio is able to accommodate up to 30 guests in the main room and 15 guests in the party room, making painting accessible for almost any occasion.
