A Time to Heal is Columbia's newest wellness center.
The Mission of A Time to Heal is to nurture each client with compassionate holistic care, by treating the root cause as opposed to the symptoms, and restoring the whole being – the mind, body, and spirit to its optimal health and wholeness. We offer 3 weight loss programs including Evidenced Based Contour Light Therapy to help tone and contour the body, marriage and family therapy, EMDR trauma therapy, and Myokenisthetic Therapy. We also provide regular community workshops and seminars offering health and wellness education and information with various professional presenters.
