Brink Inspections began April 2024 and is locally owned and family operated. Our service area includes all of Maury County, Marshall County, Northern Giles County, Lawrence County, Southern Williamson County, Hickman County and surrounding communities,

We offer complete and thorough visual-only inspections of residential properties for our clients.  All areas and components of the property are inspected.  We also offer 11 month inspections for home warranty renewals. 

Our goal is to make sure that our clients are well educated on the property that they wish to purchase. 

ABOUT THE OWNER
Kevin Brink began his construction experience as a teen working at his family's lumber company in Lawrenceburg.  As a young man, Kevin started Kevin's Music Shop also in Lawrenceburg where he sold music instruments and sold and installed sound equipment.  Kevin decided in 2004 to work in the electrical field and obtained his Limited Licensed Electrician (LLE) and worked with a company in the Industrial and Commercial industry. 

Kevin made a change in 2023 to use his experience and knowledge and obtained his Home Inspector License with the State of Tennessee and now also has his Certified Professional Inspector designation with InterNACHI (International Association of Home Inspectors) which is a federal accreditation. 

Kevin operates Brink Inspections, LLC along with his wife, Debbie and their 2 children. in Columbia, TN where they call home. Kevin was born and raised in Lawrenceburg, TN and Debbie was born and raised in Columbia, TN
