PUCKETT’S COLUMBIA HOSTS SPRING FLING DANCE PARTY ON APRIL 20
Puckett’s Columbia Invites the Community to a Night of Dancing, Food Sampling and More
COLUMBIA, Tenn. -- Puckett’s Columbia is celebrating the spring season with a Spring Fling Dance on Friday, April 20 from 6 to 9 p.m. The ticketed event provides guests with a brief dancing lesson from a professional instructor, food bites, photo booth opportunities and access to a cash bar.
The restaurant held a similar event in February with a Valentine’s Day theme, and tickets sold out beforehand. General Manager Ricki Terry said that guests praised the event and requested another seasonal dance party in the future.
“We had such a wonderful time hosting the Valentine’s dance that we couldn’t wait to plan another Columbia dance party,” Terry said. “Our goal is to give people a chance to do something fun and out of the ordinary. Come enjoy delicious food, grab a drink from the bar and dance the night away.”
The professional dance instructor will lead short lessons focused on the focused foxtrot, Charleston and various swing dances. Afterwards guests will have the opportunity to test their new skills, as a professional DJ spins popular tunes. Throughout the evening, people can enjoy food bites including spinach dip, pico de gallo and chips, chicken skewers, Southern sliders, coleslaw and dessert from Hattie Jane’s Creamery. Drinks from a cash bar will be available for purchase.
Tickets are $25 and available online at store.puckettsgro.com/product/spring-fling-dance. For more information, visit the event’s Facebook page.

About Puckett’s Gro. & Restaurant
With locations in downtown Franklin, downtown Nashville, downtown Columbia, downtown Chattanooga and downtown Murfreesboro, the Puckett’s roots go way back to the 1950s, and a little grocery store in the village of Leiper’s Fork, Tenn. Ever since then, we’ve been focused on providing friends new and old with great food and Southern hospitality.
When it comes down to it, Puckett’s is a community kitchen, with live pickin’ performances just a few feet from your table. Authentic comfort food—barbecue smoked slow ‘n’ low over cherry wood, the home-cooked sides, even a few upscale dishes—is what Puckett’s aims for you to remember.
