This series of photographs is dedicated to the spirit of this community. It is an ongoing effort to preserve the living history of its people and to celebrate our diversity and our most collective connection: our common ground.
Portraits of members of this community will be installed in an outdoor gallery in the lawn of Row & Co. The purpose of this setting is to allow for outdoor movement and to bring attention to the thriving art community that makes up the Columbia Arts District.
This is a public art project funded by state and city grants as well as donations from the community. Portraits taken during this series will be donated to the Maury County Archives and accessible to all.
