Saturday, April 5, 2025, Riverwalk Park (102 Riverside Drive, Columbia, TN 38401) 5K: 8:00 a.m. | 1-Mile Trot: 9:15 a.m. The Mule Kick 5K is a 3.1-mile course that starts and finishes at Riverwalk Park in Columbia, while the 1-Mile Trot is a fun run — or walk! — for all ages. The 2025 race will take place on Saturday, April 5. The Maury Regional Health Care Foundation is proud to host this long-standing tradition that supports the Foundation’s mission of a healthier Maury County. Proceeds from the 2025 Mule Kick 5K & 1-Mile Trot will provide operational support for Maury Regional Health’s mobile unit, which provides healthcare services to at-risk patients in rural and underserved areas. A portion of the proceeds will also be donated to the Foundation’s Wellness and Aquatics Center Healthy Living Endowment and to the Columbia Parks & Recreation Department. Plus, the school in Maury County with the most participation will receive a donation to their physical education program from the Foundation.
