A community event promoting business, education, recreation, and tourism in Maury County!
SATURDAY, AUGUST 6

Business Expo Vendor Registration through July 28th, 2016
1. Expo Details:
- Expo is Saturday, August 6th from 10:00 am – 2:00 pm at Whitthorne Middle School, 1325 Hampshire Pike, Columbia TN
- Your booth must be ready and attended by 9:30 am on Saturday morning
- Breakfast and lunch will be provided for exhibitors.
- Upon admissions, registrants will receive a punch card. The punch card will be stamped at each exhibit to be entered for the grand door prize.
- Advertising will be through social media, newspaper ads, radio, and billboards! Make sure you share on your Facebook page and website!
2. Set Up details:
- Exhibitors will have an opportunity to set up on Friday evening or Saturday morning. Specific times will be announced.
3. Booth Details:
- Booth space is 10’ x 10’ and will include an 8’ curtain behind and a 3’ rail on each side of your booth. The booth will contain 2 chairs, a 6’ skirted table, a wastebasket and an ID sign hanging from the back wall of your booth.
- Cost is $150 for members and $200 for non-member. Registration open to non-members after May 15th.
4. What to bring:
- If you have a table cloth with your logo, please use that on the table provided. You may also use a banner across the front of your table or a popup beside your table.
- Bring any small giveaways for attendees to pick up when they visit your booth.
- If you want to have attendees register for a door prize at your booth, please bring paper/tickets and pens for registration and a container for the registration. This is not required but highly encouraged. It is a great way to get visitors to your table. Chamber staff will give away door prizes throughout the day. If you want to donate a “grand door prize” valued at more than $50, please contact Kara and bring your door prize that day.
5. Other details:
- We will be handing out “punch” cards for each registrant. You will stamp the card when they visit your booth. If they visit each booth, they will be entered into a drawing for a large door prize. Please call Kara if you would like to donate a large door prize.
