Open to ALL leaders, regardless of experience. Participants will be invited to share thoughts and experiences in class and during brief, small group discussion. Our goal is dialogue, not lecture, and we MEAN it. Learning responsibility is shared by all. If active learning is your preference, this is the place for you.

Successful leaders understand the power of an engagement ~ they simply need the keys to creating an environment where “discretionary effort” is the norm. These four skills serve as the foundation for leaders at EVERY level, EVERY day. Let’s gather and talk about it.
