All profit made from ticket, t-shirt, sponsorship, and auction sales will be given to Maury County Trustees to help aid the monetary benefit to those who were affected by the 2024 Columbia, TN EF-3 Tornado.

Each food vendor participating in the event will be donating 10% of their proceeds the night of the event to those who were affected by the 2024 Columbia, TN EF-3 Tornado.

Due to the nature of the event and chance of inclement weather, all ticket sales are non-refundable.

The Farm at Riverbend is a working farm. While every effort is made to provide a venue that exceeds expectation, a working farm contains bugs, livestock, fertilizer, and any other typical hazards on a farm. Riverbend assumes no liability for any guests, attendees, outside vendors, or other parties to this event that leave the event premises, which will be clearly marked and designated. By purchasing a ticket to this event you are agreeing and assuming all responsibility for you, your safety, and personal belongings.

The Farm at Riverbend will NOT incur charges due to damage or trespass by any guests, attendees, outside vendors, or other parties to this event outside of the event area(s). Each guest also agrees to indemnify Riverbend for all costs, fees, and expenses (including reasonable attorney?s fees) should any guests, attendees, outside vendors, or other parties to this event be injured inside or outside the event area and on any portion of The Farm at Riverbend.
