Sales Executive of Business Development
Froggy’s Fog is a global provider of products and services for the theatrical and fire training industries.  Our theatrical fluids – fog, haze, bubbles, snow, and fire training smoke – are developed and manufactured in our Columbia, TN, facility with the highest quality and safety standards in mind.  We are looking to expand our sales force to further grow our market share in all the industries we service; from production companies to haunted attractions to fire training centers and everything in between.  Our products are creating effects at Sea World and on the set of The Walking Dead, to name a few.  We are seeking a highly-motivated individual who possesses excellent communication skills and a willingness to learn and grow. Previous sales experience, as well as fluency in Spanish, are preferred but not required.  Recruiting a sales associate with a winning attitude and desire to grow in a fast-paced market is our top priority.
Position Summary
Sales Executive of Business Development is the primary and consistent interface between Froggy’s Fog and the customers within his/her assigned territory and/or assigned customer or prospect group. The ultimate responsibility for the relationship with these customers, and for the customers’ overall satisfaction with the products and services of Froggy’s Fog, resides with the Business Development Sales Executive.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The Business Development Consultant will be specifically responsible for the following activities:
  • Prospect for, and secure, new customer relationships from both company and employee generated leads, within his/her assigned geographical area, industry group, or otherwise defined territory.
  • Work with existing customers within the defined territory to secure additional business.
  • Consult with customers, both current and potential, to identify their needs and recommend the appropriate solutions from our product line or our partners. 
  • Maintain all individual sales information in SALESFORCE.
  • Coordinate and consult with leadership within Froggy’s Fog to maintain current knowledge regarding the latest market research, competition, and most likely new prospect opportunities.
  • Actively participate in weekly meetings and/or trainings with other members of the sales team.
  • Attend conventions and/or trade shows as a representative of Froggy’s Fog when requested.  Travel accounts for approximately 25% of the Business Development Sales Executive position.
  • Responsible for meeting individual monthly sales quota as determined by Froggy’s Fog management. 
Experience Required:
• Bachelor’s degree or related experience in Sales and/or Customer Service
• Fluency in Spanish preferred but not required
